Ports to hppa/mips{,el} complete, cleanups from running
manifest-install-reconcile against everything.
manifest-install-reconcile: Add two more dummy cases - Xft.3x and keyboard.4x.
xserver-xfree86.{docs,install}.{hppa,mips{,el}}: Complete the ports of these
three architectures.
xserver-xfree86.docs.{alpha,hurd-i386,ia64}: New, and roughly unchanged from
.docs.i386.
control: Revert bogus change that caused only xserver-xfree86-dbg to be built on
hppa/mips/mipsel; also see above entry.
xlibs-static-pic.install{,.hurd-i386}: Start shipping libGLw_pic, since we go to
the effort of building it.
MANIFEST.s390: Restore libGLU stuff (more fallout from that awful commit!).
xserver-xfree86.install.arm: Start shipping 'nv' manpage.
