I see no errors in this report. I won't be able to do anything about this report until I have more information. Also, could you be more clear about what you mean by "missing many functions"? Except for users of the "xtt" font renderer module[1] and users of Mesa 3D acceleration on Radeon cards[2], 4.2.1-6 seems to be working as well as any release for people.
