Bug#179263: same on readeon VE

Hi,
Radeon VE is affected as well:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon VE QY (prog-if 
00 [VGA])
        Subsystem: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon 7000/Radeon VE

I checked with kernel 2.4.19 & 2.4.20, both the same black glxgears
window. Furthermore I first downgred xserver-xfree86 - still the same.
Downgrading xlibsmesa3 to 4.2.1-3 finally resolved the problem so it
looks like the bug actually belongs to xlibmesa3-gl.
