That's what I thought, but after the upgrade the keyboard isn't really usable for Germans anymore, so I think Debian should provide a solution to fix that. I don't think that we can expect every german debian-user to know how to fix this issues. Maybe we could give them a hint per debconf or at least per example in /usr/share/doc/. so long...
