The use of the old python telnetlib appears to be only in upstream CI
and so does not affect the Debian package.
I think this bug can just be closed - if no-one disagrees with me on
that I'll do so in a couple of days to clean it off the Python 3.13 todo
list.
If it turns out that these scripts are actually run in the packaging or
testing, then the Debian binary package python3-zombie-telnetlib exists
as a temporary workaround.
