Dear Maintainers,

The libepoxy package fails to compile on the loongarch architecture and I
kindly request to ignore test results on loong64, similar to what is done for
the S390 architecture, by making the necessary changes in the debian/rules
file.
I have made the local modifications and successfully compiled the package.

Sincerely,
Meng Sang
