In fact the latest upstream version is already 2.35.1 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xkeyboard-config/xkeyboard-config/-/tags https://www.x.org/releases/individual/data/xkeyboard-config/ I'm not sure why the package tracker missed the later upstream releases. Perhaps because the tar balls in the x.org link have changed to .tar.xz? Aha yes https://salsa.debian.org/xorg-team/data/xkeyboard-config/-/blob/debian-unstable/debian/watch is looking for *.tar.gz .
