I am guessing this has been asked before, but hey.
When I run X I get:
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/, removing from
list!
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/, removing fro
m list!
There are no scalable fonts in X, only bitmap fonts.
I have xfont-scale installed. I tried purging and reinstalling it, did not
help. Here are some directory listings:
