This issue is still present in xserver-xorg-core 2:1.20.3-1.
The workaround is to specify the virtual console the current X server runs on. So if it is running on vt7, use a command line of the form: /usr/lib/xorg/Xorg -config myxspice.conf -noreset vt7 :1.0 I guess the reason it works is because it causes Xorg to switch to what is already the current virtual console. -- Francois Gouget <fgou...@free.fr> http://fgouget.free.fr/ A black hole is just God dividing by zero.
