Package: libinput10 Version: 1.10.2-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
Upgrading to 1.10.2-1 causes serious stability issues on Gnome-Shell. Trying to scroll on an XWayland window (Firefox in my case) crashes the Wayland session, sending the user to the login screen. All unsaved work is obviously lost. Downgrading to 1.10.1-1 fixes the problem. One of the errors I get on my syslog is the same as addressed in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=891579. I was experiencing that bug too, which had been fixed in 1.10.1-1. The error is more explicitly: gnome-shell: ../src/evdev-mt-touchpad-tap.c:1028: tp_tap_handle_state: Assertion `tp->tap.nfingers_down >= 1' failed.
