When xterm quits, fvwm doesn't always remove its window immediately;
it remains on screen for several seconds. During this time, when the
mouse pointer is over this xterm window, the pointer disappears.
That's why I think that this is a fvwm issue, since I do not obtain
this behavior with xterm (+ the screenshot issue below).
When this happens, this is always with a special script. This may mean
that the bug occurs only under some particular conditions. One of them
that might matter is that the window title changes just before xterm
quits (new title: TITLEDISABLED).
The xterm command is something like:

and .screenrc-mutt contains in particular:

The new title "TITLEDISABLED" comes from that.
Note: I did a screenshot with CM-s[*], but this made the window
disappear and it didn't appear on the screenshot.
