Almost no-one is still using XFree86 at all. I count ten: http://www.xfree86.org/distros/ (excluding Conectiva since they are now part of Mandriva). Of those, I recognise a couple as being Debian-derived, so they are not using XFree86 4.4 or 4.5. Most major distributions are using X.Org, however, which does support i9xx.
