Bug#296719: xlibs-data: zh_TW.UTF-8/XLC_LOCALE is broken after upgrading 4.3.0.dfsg.1-6 to 4.3.0.dfsg.1-7

After upgrade xlibs-data to 4.3.0.dfsg.1-12,
We think that this problem was fixed.
But we find that /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/ja_JP.UTF-8/XLC_LOCALE is 
broken, too.
Please consider to fix it. Thanks!
