This had a totally unexpected side effect on my EeePC 701 4G: The until then black tinted urxvt suddenly was tinted blue. No idea why. My *rxvt X resource settings: Rxvt*tintColor: black Rxvt*shading: 50 Rxvt*reverseVideo: True Rxvt*inheritPixmap: True Rxvt*fading: 0 No font corruption so far yet, but I wouldn't bet on it yet.
