Well, but does it work now? I did not manage to reproduce this bug using libdecoration0 and compiz-plugins from unstable, and symbols look right. If it still doesn't work for you, could you run "nm -D /usr/lib/libdecoration0.so.0.0.0|grep decor_property_to_quads"?
