There shouldn't be any other layouts anywhere else. But the bluetooth keyboard *is* set to something else when you type, some default en_US layout, until I use the built-in keyboard. My guess is that the layout is set only when the device switches from USB/bluetooth to the input subsystem or something along those lines. I just don't understand why using the other keyboard triggers the layout being set.
