I have a similar problem with a fresh i386 install of wheezy in console. After installation, when I boot in graphical mode, keyboard and mouse of the laptop not working But if I create a configuration file of the X with "Xorg-configure" and I add the section:
Section "ServerFlags" Option "AllowEmptyInput""false " EndSection The keyboard is detected correctly but my mouse still does not work. My graphics card is an Intel GM45.
