Hi,
the gdb.txt is attached. The relevant part starts at line 26 (#0 FreeFPE
(fpe=0x0) at ../../dix/dixfonts.c:222) after starting xterm.
Before it was a try without dbg-symbols.
I hope it helps.
FYI: The server crashes also at any access to a video capture device like a
webcam.
