The new version of xserver-xorg-video-intel which is 2:2.13.0-2
combined with edge Chrome:

Google Chrome 10.0.612.1 (Official Build 69289) dev
WebKit 534.15
V8 3.0.0.1
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.15
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/10.0.612.1 Safari/534.15
Command Line /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome --restore-last-session
--flag-switches-begin --disable-outdated-plugins --flag-switches-end

seems to solve this problem. I think we can call this closed.
