Hi, the 3 merged bugreports #122039, #129667 and #131351 are about galeon crashes when trying to cut'n'paste. #129667 contains the error message Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C (the locale in question was en_GB.ISO-8859-1, not supported by XFree86 4.1.0) and in #131351 submitter seemed to be using LC_CTYPE=en_GB.iso8859-15.
So the problem is that those users have a locale not supported by X, and trying to paste text in such a case does not make sense. IMO you can tell submitters to use supported locales and close these bugs. But #131351 tells us that some people are using a "en_GB.iso8859-15" locale. XFree86 4.3.0 introduced some aliases for en_GB.ISO8859-15, but not en_GB.iso8859-15 and I checked that it is indeed not supported. You should then certainly add such an alias.
