I'm trying to install XFree86-4.2.0 and am getting the following error: gcc: ../../lib/font/fontbase.o: No such file or directory gcc: ../../lib/font/libfontbase.a: No such file or directory
does anyone know which library contains fontbase.o and libfontbase.a? most other error messages gave some some sort of clue as to the library it needed (ie pam_auth.h... must need the pam devel libs, etc.).
