Based on the information here, I looked up the change. Here's the corresponding comment from my rcs log: revision 1.266 date: 2001/09/20 00:43:41; author: tom; state: Exp; lines: +0 -2 remove USE_HANDSHAKE ifdef from the second chunk of ioctl(TIOCSSIZE), since PG reports that on Solaris 2.6, apparently the first chunk is too early to affect the pty's screen size. If there's someone actually working on ion (not making faq's about things that he didn't want to waste time by sending a bug-report), perhaps we can chat and come to some agreement. -- Thomas E.
