Hi, I have an AGP NVIDIA graphics card but it doesn't seem to have accelerated driver support on XFree86 4.1.0 (i386 system)
I'm trying to run bzflag under X and it gets awful performance (all graphics settings off or lowest resolution) gives about 6 FPS (frames per second). Under windows 95 I get 60 FPS. Could you recommend a 3D accelerated graphics card that I should buy (preferably AGP) to get decent performance in X? I have two linux workstations I want to upgrade with new cards but I'm not sure what I should buy. Please cc me on any replies since I'm not subscribed to the list.
