Branden, Actually their is no need for Xprint support for OpenOffice at this point. For the last couple of OpenOffice releases the new print system has been in place and one can use your existing lprng setup. In my case I have it filtered through ghostscript to my Epson 740i and OpenOffice prints flawlessly. Xprint is simply too much of a mess to deal with. For example when using Xprint with the earlier OpenOffice releases I discovered that xprt had a hard coded set of allowable resolutions which incorrectly prevented more modern resolutions like 720 and 1440 dpi from being used.
