ARM didn't build when I tried it.  The failure wasn't completely 
straightforward, and I haven't had time to debug it.  I'll try to deal with it 
in the next few days, but if not I suggest you go ahead and upload 4.1.0-1.  
If you have to ask ftpmaster to pull old arm packages in order to get the new 
ones into testing, I have no complaints.
