AFAIK wiki.debian.org is only a pseudo package, so bugs can be
assigned to it. I couldn't find a git repository for it.
Maybe the maintainer for wiki.debian.org is defined inside
https://bugs.debian.org/debbugs-source/
Colin Watson made the change in the meantime. The change will take a
while to be visible on all bugs frontends.
