I'm having a similar problem. Since a few days, when I try accessing https://lists.debian.org from a Windows PC, I get this: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Apache server at lists.debian.org Port 443 Same with https://qa.debian.org . They have always worked before, and they still work when I access them from my Debian machine. I don't think it is an issue with my IP or ISP because I've tried both at home and at work. Instead, https://wiki.debian.org works for me. Gerardo
