bullet points for "apt-cache commands:".

The word "see" or a synonym should be placed after "to" in the second bullet 
point of the list:
- original: "apt-cache depends <package_name> to dependencies of a package"
- fixed: "apt-cache depends <package_name> to see dependencies of a package"

It's a wiki, there's little point filing bugs when people can simply
fix bugs like this.
