the meta-problem here is: we have no (rough) consensus on what the wiki is *for*

is it for internal team docs? then keeping KallesDesign could indeed be useful
as a reference to future contributors. is it for end-user documentation that is
meant to be kept up to date? then KallesDesign is not.

the current (sorry, imho) state of the wiki suggests that the answer is: for
pretty much *anything* remotely Debian related, including for archiving
information of purely historical interest, and we would rather have low quality
information (where freshness is one aspect of quality) than no information at
all.
