Thanks for letting us know. I think the website update for the point release is or was ready in time but we might have had some slight hiccup synchronization-wise once the cdimage building finished. I'd expect that to be fixed in the next few hours, and as you noted, hopefully people can navigate their way on cdimage to either get 11.6.0 in the archive directory or 11.7.0 in the canonical location until then.
