Dear Maintainer, After filling in and submitting the wiki's Create Account form, the wiki returns me to the last page I was visiting, apparently ignoring my submission completely. It doesn't acknowledge that an account was created. It doesn't show an error message. It doesn't send me an email confirmation message. It doesn't show me as logged it. It doesn't log me in when I use the login form. It behaves as if I never submitted the New Account form at all. I am therefore unable to contribute to the wiki.
