Hi, I hope this is the correct email address to contact you regarding the issue I am facing.
I am running Debian 11 and want to be able to access "wiki.debian.org". When I try I am only faced with a blank page with some black characters that reads "Forbidden <p>You are not allowed to access this!</p>" IP address: 85.24.253.47 (this is a VPN endpoint and cannot be changed by me) Appreciate some assistance.
