Basically, yes. However, I have modified it to use the URL https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/ch06s04 because that gives automatic use of CN, to get the installation-guide in the correct language. (Only on the devel/debian-installer page I link statically to the english version, because CN does not work there, due to the directory structure on dillon).
