The translation into Spanish for page /security/2019/dsa-4483.wml (i.e.
/spanish/security/2019/dsa-4483.wml) is in the repository since July 18
(commit 2ab53586a69722b353c7f56ca4dd800a6672b4c1) and it is correctly
served by the server
(https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4483.es.html).
However, for some reason that escapes me, the page with the original
english version (https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4483.en.html)
does not cointain the usual link to the Spanish version in its footer.
