look for this string 소프트웨어 지침 in the source code of the html page (line 101) or in the webwml/korean/social_contract.wml (line 67). I think it's the character 자유 when it is at the end of the line. It is problem existing in other languages : in French it's the "à". This problem occurs since the last Perl upgrade of the website server. The bug is not yet reported.
