The FOLDOC links work for me, in fact. So no reason to change them!

Indeed changings in English are even more critical:
when files in English are changed, all the translation files need to be
updated too. So all translators would have additional work!
(or the pages in other languages get the "Outdated translation" warning)

That's why I came to this today: the MailingLists/index page was marked
for needing an update, but in fact there was no change, because of this
nonsens (changings by you, reverted by Changwoo).

Therefore changings in English must not be done without a good reason!

Even if you have commit rights to do changings in English, such changings
need additional care and you need to coordinate them with the 
debian-ww team!
