Hi, I happened to look at this page and spotted multiple problems (and it had your contact information on it): https://packages.debian.org/sid/arm64/sysvinit-utils/filelist
1. The file list is not correct - eg. /usr/sbin/service et.al. are not in the package (anymore since several years). 2. It doesn't say with actual version of the package it's showing only a vague "<package> in sid" statement so it's not obvious when the filelist is outdated information.
