Unfortunately Debian does not yet have a website translation team for Malayalam, but if you would like to work on that, instructions for starting one are on the website: https://www.debian.org/international/ There is a mailing list about translation to Malayalam but it appears to be inactive and the last mail was about the Debian installer rather than the Debian website.
