Do you confuse the OS versions with the kernel versions? If you need a linux kernel version whatever go to http://www.kernel.org page (you will complite the kernel yourself). If you need a Debian package with a linux kernel try https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages (or use aptitude). If you need Debian iso images go to https://www.debian.org/CD/ (to install Debian). And, by the way, you reached the debian list that handles the debian-www pages.
