Please update mirrors list page

I'm using Debian for servers and have found that Vietnam mirror server
(mirror.debian.vn) on https://www.debian.org/mirror/list has been dead
for a year now [1]. Please consider to update it since it interrupts
installation everytimes if I choose VN as my country.
