Hello,
I already use the apt-cache, apt-file and others related to the packages
tools.
I wanted a web interface with all suites/arches for convenience.
I didn't know the chdist tool thanks for the information maybe it's
enough for the moment.
Later I'll try the README and INSTALL.
There is a part of curiosity too I wanted to know how it is conceived.
Thanks for the fast and complete answer !

Is it possible to mirror the website packages.debian.org ?
I'd like to have a local copy when I've no internet access.
The packages website is just a copy of all the things you can see in
the apt and apt-file caches.
If your local apt cache doesn't have all the suites/arches, you could
add a second apt cache using chdist from devscripts.
http://manpages.debian.org/man1/chdist
If you still want a local web based view of the apt-cache information,
information about obtaining the code is available, be sure to read the
README and INSTALL files.
