Navigating the developers reference is rather annoying. Besides the usual "every link to a different page drops the language", the links to anchors within a same page (say pkgs.en.html, as below) include the name of the file (pkgs.html), making it even more irritating to navigate. Every link requires one to modify the url to stick to the same language.
