Package: www.debian.org Severity: normal http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer.en.html#severities has incorrect information: it doesn't say that RC severities (critical, grave, serious) do not apply to experimental, even when a package is known to be completely broken. Thus this gives false information to the user who tracks such bug severities.
An example: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=21;bug=702309 (the severity has been downgraded to important only because the package is in experimental). -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.9-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=POSIX, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-www-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
