I technically can, but I'm afraid that's not going to happen a lot in practice.
Preparing a patch takes an important time relative to this issue's importance,
and that lowers the task quite a lot in my priorities especially when I don't
have the insurance the patch would be used. :-(
I'm sorry but I think the most efficient workflow for such trivialities is for
the contributor applying the change to make it too.
