At least Manoj should be removed from the policy team.
To reflect the actual situation via delegation mails, it would
be necessary to list 3 delegation mail urls (since the situation
has changed several times, and only the summary of all 3 mails
reflects the actual situation. Maybe it would be worse to
fire out a new deletation mail).
