At the above URL, the first link is to: http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/ The site in question gives a 404 when the page is queried. It seems as though bitconjurer.org redirects to bramcohen.com now, a site that does not have the files previously linked to. A little browsing of archive.org leads me to believe that for most of the aforementioned URL's existence, it redirected to the very commercial http://www.bittorrent.com/ .
