The wiki page slowly started to be completed. As of now, Martin Bagge, Felipe van de Wiel, myself completed details.
For other people mentioned (Simon paillard, Martijn van Oosterhout, Nicolas François), they mentioned *before the wiki page* thei will to participate, but I think you guys should (QUICKLY please) check and confirm in the wiki page what I already put for you, from your previous comments. We need to hurry now, we're only 5 weeks ahead of the planned time. and we need to sort out the costs issues. I particularly need to confirm the hosting options. As of now, if Nicolas François to host people still stands, we don't need specific sponsoring for hosting, only for travel. I'm unsure about food. After all, even if we don't attend the meeting, we'd have to eat, so I tend to think we can be on our own for food but I may be mistaken. Other people, if you want to participate and think you can help us, please register here. Zack, I'm really trying to sort things out in order to properly ask for sponsoring....with the few time I have for this..:-)
