On the link you quoted http://packages.debian.org/sid/flashplugin-nonfree there is the flashplugin-nonfree (version 2.8.3) and you can download it via the link at the bottom which points to http://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/flashplugin-nonfree/download So everything's fine here.
