Lenny has reached end of life and was removed from the mirrors March 24th. See: https://lists.debian.org/debian-announce/2012/msg00007.html You can fetch the source package from the archive and extract its changelog from there. I gather packages.debian.org still automatically links to the lenny changelog even though due to the move, it doesn't actually extract the changelog into /changelogs. Certainly that's a problem that should be addressed, probably by simply removing the incorrect links.
