I think, the tasks should be, at least: 1- create page for submitting and for updating entries 2- automatically check what can be automated about new entries 3- periodically check again everything automatically 4- a database or a sort of persistent storage need to be designed 5- automatically update web pages Almost all of this is code, isn't it?
